OilPro.com are currently running their first Photo Contest which finishes on December 5th 2016. With a total prize fund of $39,910 and prizes down to 50th place, there should be plenty of scope but budding photographers in the oil and gas industry.

Eventually the world will start to grow short of oil and production and new exploration will surely have to pick up. This would appear to be very uneconomic at current oil prices, so the price will have to rise to fund this new exploration.
Personally I would rather pay an extra 30p per litre for fuel at the pump and still have a job! The oil and gas industry in the UK has suffered very badly due to the low price of oil and anyone still in employment is hanging on by their fingernails..
